Procter & Gamble Goes Circular With Eastman
Procter & Gamble partners with Eastman to boost the circularity of plastic packaging. P&G plans to use Eastman Renew materials in the production of some of its products. Those materials are made via advanced molecular recycling technologies. As part of their collaborative campaign, P&G and Eastman will expand the collection of hard-to-recycle plastics.
Amcor Invests In The Future Of Packaging Sustainability
Amcor has a new partnership with Michigan State University and particularly, with the School of Packaging. They plan to invest more than $10 million as part of their commitment to support the next generation of “responsible packaging talent”. Amcor believes, that as the architects of the future, the students need to have access to state-of-the-art technology.
New Collaboration In Recycling Of Polyurethane
Repsol and RAMPF Eco Solutions aim to boost the recycling of Polyurethane in Europe. While RAMPF has the unique technologies for recycling post-consumer Polyurethane waste, Repsol has the capacity to build plants throughout Europe. Thus PU waste will be developed into new Polyols for further reprocessing.
